It wasn't so clear how to install the dictionaries in Thunderbird 65.0 but I succeed in the end. Thanks Christ1 for your tip. I downloaded them from addons.mozilla.org and not from addons.thunderbird.net (because that doesn't work). After that I searched on my hard disk for the just downloaded .xpi files. I started Thunderbird and clicked in the menu (right top of the screen) on "Add-ons" - chose dictionaries (at the left side of the screen) and dragged the dictionary .xpi files into the Thunderbird dictionaries screen. And I chose "add" when I got the question add or cancel.
