I get instantly get the Mozilla Crash Reporter every time I try to start Firefox. Uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox which didn't work.

You may want to search for Device Manager and check that your still running the Video Card Drivers you should be and that they have not been replaced by Microsoft's. Video card Drivers are the main cause of crashes but it would do no harm to scan your self also : https://www.malwarebytes.com/
