How do I remove Pocket notifications?

Recently, Firefox Android started giving me Android notifications advertising Pocket. I do want *other* Firefox notifications, but I reviewed Pocket and concluded that I don't want to ever use this product.

A recent example reads "Hacks to improve your work and life. Read today's trending topics on Pocket Hits on Firefox."

How do I get rid of the Pocket advertising without disabling Firefox notifications completely? Deleting the Pocket extension would be great, but it's not listed in the Add-ons menu.

This is Firefox 59.0.

From the Firefox for Android home page:

  • Settings (three dot menu)
  • General
  • Home
  • Under Panels, select Top Sites
  • Switch off Recommended by Pocket
