I manage an email distribution list for a Baha'i community. We use this for announcements of events in our community. I have been sending messages using mail merge to 47 recipients for the past three years without any problems. This week, for the first time, messages appear to be "sent" as normal, but no one receives them. I have tried everything I can think of, have worked with the former admin of this service, and have worked with the company that provides our email server. Still, although I've sent messages again and again, nothing is actually going out to real people. No error messages. What else can I try?

What did they say? Presumably they can verify from their server logs what happened to the messages you sent.
