I am running 18.04 Kubuntu. The Menu Bar is checked but does not show on the top. I need to have options in it to use Signatures on my Emails. Can you help or is this a bug in the 18.04 version and I have to live with it until solved? Is there a web site for questions about this new version? Thank you for any help. I need to use Signatures for my Emails.
