When using Galaxy s7 android nougat I'm unable to use Firefox browser while in max power save mode. Only options are samsung browser and chrome browser. Is this a phone issue or do to the resources required by the app?

Samsung maintains the list of apps that are provided in maximum battery saver mode. They eliminate all 3rd party apps. The only way to add other apps to this list is to have root on the phone and use this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.xpe.app.upsm.plus
