All past events have been pushed forward by 14 hours!

I am not sure what happened but the time for all my events have been pushed forward by 14 hours. I was trying to setup a 1-way sync from Thunderbird to Google Calendar but stopped it as I didn't want any of my personal Google Calendar events to get pulled into my Thunderbird work calendar. Also, my Google Calendar timezone is in NYC and I just moved back to Japan. The time difference seems to match so any help on resetting the time of my events would be greatly appreciated.

FYI, the timezone for all my existing events has been changed from Asia/Tokyo to Americas/Toronto (which is what my Google Calendar was set to).

That's a nightmare. I don't know if there is a "bulk" solution, but these old threads/pages related to Lightning and Google Calendar might be helpful?
