hello, the "wow64" part in your user agent means that you are using a 32bit firefox on a 64bit system. https://blog.mozilla.org/nnethercote/2016/07/29/how-to-switch-to-a-64-bit-firefox-on-windows/

Note that for Win64 Firefox only the 64-bit Flash Player and Silverlight Plugins are white listed to run. If you need to use other Plugins with Firefox on Windows then you need 32-bit Firefox and 32-bit Plugins.

There is work being done on a stub installer for Windows which will automatically select 32-bit or 64-bit Firefox at install-time if your Windows meets requirements for Win64 version like having 64-bit Win7 or later.
