How can I change line spacing between single, double, and 1.5 spacing when the "composition" and "general" windows offer only a choice about paragraph spacing?

Seems to me that "paragraph" under "format" used to offer choices about line spacing for messages, but now I can't find any way to choose among line spacing options. The only choice seems to have to do with automatic insertion of a line and indent and with unwanted double spacing (neither of which seems to affect my machine). Am I living in an alternate universe, or what?

I can't recall ever seeing such an option in Thunderbird.

I know that you can set such spacing via html or css coding, but I very much doubt that is what you have in mind.
