Thunderbird should really be available as a Win64 version, as is Firefox. All "answers" on your FAQ site refer to Firefox. For an all-64bit Windows installation, Thunderbird, too, should be made available in 64bit. Can you please keep users in the loop on: a timetable / roadmap for further development?

If 64-bit Windows required Win64 builds of Thunderbird to use Thunderbird then I can see a valid reason.

Even Mozilla with their resources only had Win64 Firefox for Release as of Firefox 42.0.

The Thunderbird community does not really have the resources like Mozilla does to make Win64 builds of Thunderbird for Release especially when there has not really been any progress on Win64 builds compared to what the Firefox browser had for years with Win64.
