No, Firefox 28 is NOT secure. Almost every vulnerability from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/security/known-vulnerabilities/firefox/#firefox29 up are in Firefox 28.

You are posting that I should update my Thin Client, however the most recent update only provides FireFox 29. I have sent your posted Mozilla link to Wyse support. I am hoping they will take it to heart and provide a fix.
