I have grown very tired of Apple since around January 1 when they upgraded to their quantum computer. If they do not like the software you have on your Mac, since every mac is 100% connected almost at all times, they simply block the software from working.

I can not upgrade to your latest version of firefox and I believe they are hanging up the install on the "first run" tab which I can't seem to prevent from loading. I needed to reset my Mozilla password and then user and neither email was processed by Apple to my Mac Email address gxxxxxxxxx1@mac.com. Other resets such as Facebook which I needed to contact you through processed in second.

I would like to discuss some of the very serious and troubling issues I have had with Apple over the last six months with some of Mozilla's senior developers who are not tied to apple. I have five Mac's ; a mac pro 12 core, a top of the line iMac, an older G4, and G5 and the cube. Every one of these computers were made inoperable from their apple.com.site, basic system reset commands no longer work when rebooting and every back-up image I've ever made will no longer launch from an external drive. Basically they want their quantum computer to be connected to your computer at all times and the logs are unbelievable. They have even prevent me from printing those documents. Programs like FILE SALVAGE, DISK DRILL, MAC HELPMATE will no longer work. Any program preventing them from connecting or restricting.

Is there a version of the Firefox upgrade without the "first run" tab that automatically comes up at installation?

This might sound like a strange work around, however if you install Firefox on a computer that does not have this restriction, and copy the profile folder you may be able to load a previously loaded profile in your current installation without the first run.

  1. Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles
  2. How to download and install Firefox on Mac
  3. Start with the profile manager and detect the copied profile:Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
