Recently, my firefox not save browsing history and cache. Cookies, bookmark, and other preference are good.

I've tried every solutions that I can find. Reinstall, reset, delete user, clear addon, change privacy config, etc.

Is there virus that delete browsing history? Another browser is good. Or maybe my OS?

If you have the solution, I'm very grateful.

I uninstall system utility app, and my problem solved.
