Hi,

My problem is that I am getting the sound of an email arriving

I then open emails and see that my email is lit up in a new colour (blue) this means I have an new and unopened email

INBOX DOES NOT show a new email

There seems to be something happening whereby the email address gets the message but nothing is shown in the inbox

The new message sound could also be from a newsgroup message or a new RSS feed item, in case that's something you use. Or you received a new message and it has been classified as 'Junk'.

i also do not have a SPAM folder but deleted messages only

I had a couple of messages today PING and not appear
