I have my phone set in german languange and for example in m.facebook.com i have posts with greek letters or german... at the german letters ö ä ü and the greek letters like ά or ό firefox seems to show them bolder than the rest of the characters...

This is likely specific to your model of phone. When I have seen this before it is because the default font does not have the glyphs that are needed on the page and results in two different fonts being used to display the word.
