I am trying to print PDF's of delivery tickets to a dot matrix printer but they do print as they appear on screen. How do I fix this?

I was having problems with adware and I beleive that everything might have been reset as the help desk person was working remotely on my computer. Also, when I print to my HP Laser Jet P2035, it prints a blank page after printing the pdf on the first.

Please check the default printer settings that you have set. Do the tickets print as they appear in the print preview? If you change any settings, do you see a change in the print preview?

Most printing issues are fixed by resetting the print.printer configuration in the about:config page. Please also see Fix printing problems in Firefox
