How do I get my email folders to show, when I first open Thunderbird each day?
When I first open Thunderbird each day, no folders show in the left side. Then I click to "get" emails and the new ones download. Still no folders. If I close the program, then re-open seconds later, there are all my folders. What settings should I change so the folders show the first time?

Make sure the following setting is selected:
View > Layout > Folder Pane
