trying to finished up taxes.

When I try to import data I get the error message "connection not secure" in Firefox

The site that comes up with this error is hrblock.networthservices.com

I have used the HRBlock on-line tax prep for several years along with Firefox. I have called HRBlock support but they just say to manually enter everything.

Any safe work around to get this back to work normally?

I asked this question yesterday but can't find any record of it when I log in, how do I look at previous messages?

Try enabling HTTPS-Only Mode in settings.

zeroknight,

I tried changing the setting to enabling HTTPS-Only Mode as you posted. It put a HTTPS in front of the returned web site name and the connection unsecure message went away. But my data still will not import into the tax program. I talked with more Block support people and a person at one of their store front locations. They all remarked that nobody is getting a usable import of financial data. Including those of us that paid extra for the premium and above on-line packages. Apparently HRBlock did a major upgrade of their on-line systems and this is one of the results so far.

Thanks for the reply, but I think now the problem is coming from Block and not Mozilla.

Ron
