When I go to my Earthlink Webmail using Firefox I have lost access to my Address Book, and Received Emails load into my Suspect Email Folder and not into my InBox. Earthlink suggested that even thought my Privacy & Security Setting show "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed, and my History is set to Firefox will Never remember history, that the Browsing & Download History, Active Logins, Form & Search History, Cookies and Cache are not thoroughly cleaned. There is a note below which says that: "We've made some educated guesses about your current browser and operating system. Show details »" and when I click on Show details is says: "Your browser is being managed by your organization." I have no organization! Could someone / something have taken control of my Firefox Browser and if so, how can I regain control? Any ideas?
