Cannot see Office 365 email folders

more options

Hi, Problem: I set up a new email account to sync with Office 365. The inbox, Trash and Sent folders are showing and Im receiving new messages. But none of the other folders are showing (all my email folders on the 365 server are not showing). I have a different Gmail account thats running on the same Thunderbird and its working fine.

Here is what im running: Office365 E3 Windows 10 Home, version 1809 Thunderbird 73.0b1 (32-bit) IMAP: outlook.office365.com, 993, SSL/TLS STMP: smtp.office365.com, 587, STARTTLS

Any ideas?

Right click the account and select subscribe and subscribe the folders you want to see.

Are the other folders subscribed? Right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe..., click Refresh. Can you check (subscribe) the folders?
