Some videos have fractured picture, band at bottom with part of the picture & above that is another part, like an earlier frame (if it were film).

The same videos play fine in Chrome. Doesn't happen on Hulu or Netflix. Most recently here: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/frontline/film/terror-in-europe/

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?
