I am on the get.adobe.com website. On the adobe flash site, I click Install Now. It goes through the initializing and then says to check the download folder and doubleclick the installer. But the installer did not download.

hi, can you try it with the flash offline-installer from http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html? (to get the plugin for firefox, use the link for the windows .exe for plugin-based browsers)
