After updating, w hen startup AOL Firefox there is a white box in the top center without words or photos that I cannot close. Wherefore I can't use the site.There is no x to click to close the box. Just a grey bar in the center. I trashed and updated Firefox again. Same problem. Please advise, Thank you Sharon

Start Firefox up in Safe Mode (Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode) then uninstall the AOL Toolbar if you have it. Disable or remove Add-ons
