I cannot open my gmail account on Firefox. I am getting the page that says clear cache, set privacy etc. I have done everything it says to do. But nothing works. My gmail was working last night. I shut down my computer for the night. I then signed on this morning and I am now getting the cookie page. I went to Internet Explorer and was able to open my gmail. But of course Internet Explorer no longer supports or protects etc etc. I also checked to see if my Firewall/Anti-virus was the problem but it is not. What can I do now?

hello, can you try to "forget history for this site" (attention: this will also clear saved passwords) as explained in Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them?

one other thing to try is to check in the firefox menu ≡ > options > advanced > network > connection - settings... that firefox is set up to directly connect to the internet ('no proxy').
