While navigating to websites, firefox resets back to the homepage
When I successfully navigate to a website, within 5 seconds, firefox resets back to the homepage. It doesn't matter what website I have accessed, it happens every time.

I have reset my firefox and it seems to working okay for now.....if it happens again, then I will try your suggestion.

If the problem returns...
If the problem is that you open a link in a new window, but Firefox quickly switches back to showing the previous window, this can be caused by the protected mode feature of the Flash Player plugin. More information and known workarounds in this thread: Opening New Windows and Shockwave Flash.
