Seit neustem hängt sich gerne mein Internet auf. Meldung: keine Rückmeldung. Nach etwas Wartezeit funktioniert alles wieder. Es ist kein bestimmtes Muster erkennbar wenn das passiert, wie etwa beim Seitenwechsel oder scrallen. Woran kann das liegen? Das Problem hatte ich vorher noch nie.

Zudem öffnet sich seit neustem auch ab und zu ein weiteres Fenster mit grauem Hintergrund und einem kleinen weißen Punkt in der Mitte. Auch das hatte ich vorher noch nie.

Ich weiß nicht ob es wichtig ist, aber ich benutze: Windows 7 und Kaspersky

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
