The text information is drawn, but the chart portion of the interactive chart page is blank. if I run yahoo finance in chrome or IE, I don't have this problem.

Hi,

Please try a Ctrl + F5 refresh of the page. This helps to bring in the contents afresh. If the problem persists please check in Safe Mode.
