I used to be able to open this website, but since yesterday, I cannot do so. The puzzles just do not open up. It is telling me I might need to change my web browser security settings.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
