Not getting email from Comcast server any more
Can't get email from Comcast server any more & a lot of existing emails disappeared. Was on the phone with them & reset ports & checked other things but it didn't work. I can read them at Comcast's site & also send & get them there. Also can you help me forward my email to another email program?

What error messages do you see? Please quote them in full, verbatim. Screen shots would do.
What are the exact settings that the Comcast rep told you to use?

Here are my working Comcast settings:
IMAP (Incoming): Incoming Server Type: IMAP Mail Server Incoming Server Name: imap.comcast.net Port: 993 User Name: <my email address> Connection Security: SSL/TLS Authentication method: Normal Password OR OAuth2
SMTP (Outgoing): SMTP Server Name: smtp.comcast.net Port: 465 Connection Security: SSL/TLS Authentication method: Normal Password OR OAuth2 User Name: <my email address>
