Tbird fails accessing MS outlook.com email

Once in a while, when I download email, Tbird fails accessing outlook.com. The message is in the attached image. If I redownload, it works. Any Ideas? P.S. this has happened with several versions of Tbird... Thanks.

Historically Hotmail and I guess outlook had strict requirements about how frequently you could log on. It used to be every 15 minutes or they would bounce your connection attempt.

How frequently are you checking mail?

Thank Matt.. Dumb MS... I sometimes check mail in less than 15 minutes, especially if I am expecting an email. Other than that, maybe every 30-60 minutes.
