Trying to open any map in the firefox browser and it does not show the map. I have to open other browsers in order to see the map. I have not been able to figure out why or what to do. The map page just appears as black.

Maps usually use the WebGL feature.

You can check if there are WebGL errors reported in the Graphics section on the about:support (Help -> More Troubleshooting Information) page.

You can check the Web Console for possible WebGL related messages.
