My comment is not a solution, but as an aside, I would warn that, as Wikipedia notes, [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LastPass "LastPass has suffered significant security incidents... leading many security professionals to call for users to change all their passwords and switch to other password managers."] Notably, a vulnerability was found in the browser extension last year. If I were you, I would change all your passwords and switch to a different password manager.
