Cannot access Shopify editor

Hi all, Has something happened in the past few weeks. Accessing the Shopify editor is now no longer possible on Firefox. Tried the usual, clearing cache, incognito mode, the most updated version of Firefox installed etc. Does work in Chrome. Shopify support are not able to isolate the issue. Any ideas what the issue is? And how to fix it?

As a test, can you install the chrome mask extension and turn it on for that website?

Thanks for the tip. I have tried that. But still experience the same fail to load page error.

it was indeed an add-on that was disrupting the page loading of shopify.
