Server Not Found

Firefox can’t connect to the server at www.rt.com. What can you do about it?

   Check to make sure you’ve typed the website address correctly and try again in a few moments.
   Check your network connection.
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall).

Would Mozilla consider an exception to the security-header policy for an extension that embeds user-selected websites within its own locally packaged page?

The proposed behavior would remove X-Frame-Options and CSP frame-ancestors restrictions only for those embedded pages. Ordinary browsing and other CSP directives would remain unaffected.

Vivaldi’s persistent Web Panels provide a similar user experience, while Chrome’s declarativeNetRequest API provides the technical capability to modify framing headers. I understand these implementations differ, but I’d like to know whether Firefox offers an approved path to comparable functionality.

Would explicit user consent and per-site controls make this eligible for an exception? If not, is there a supported alternative or a way to request a private, pre-submission review?

First, apologies if this is the wrong forum. This is about the FF Developer edition browser.

It used to show the browser width counter in the top right corner when you resized it. Now in the latest version I no longer see this. How can I get this back? It's a great feature!

The 'eye' link to view the password or the 'copy' link doesn't work. I've tried to export the passwords - that didn't download. iMac 2020 - using macos - SeQuoia 15.7.4

how do I get rid of these annoying webpages that appear automatically when Firefox or it's adblocker has updated? it's like advertising for an app I already use the whole time.

I am using Firefox (156.01) on a MacBook Pro (2023, M2 Mac Pro, Tahoe 26.7).

In Privacy and Security settings, I have checked the box to clear history and site data on closing. History is clearing, but site data is not. I can manually clear history and site data by going to the settings when I reopen it.

I noticed this issue about two weeks ago (not sure when it started). I have closed Firefox multiple times, restarted my computer multiple times, even updated my OS during this time, but the problem is consistent.

If I go to Clear Data for Specific Sites, I am also noticing that cache size is considerably higher than the sites listed (e.g., it might list 4 sites with a total of like 2MB but the cache size might be 30MB).

Do you have any suggestions for what might be happening and what fixes I might try?

Is it just me or is this a Firefox on Mac thing? Whenever I type in a search box on a website like Google or YouTube or whatever and the suggestions pop up, I have to click twice to actually select one. First click does nothing and second click finally works. Same exact sites on Chrome or Brave Origin and one click works right away.

It happens almost everywhere. It is super annoying once you notice it. Is there a setting for this or is it just how Firefox handles things on macOS?

I am blind in my left eye, and use my right eye to see. I can't seem to change where search results will show, as it is always on the left hand side where I cannot see.

Is it possible to center search results? That way I don't have to turn my entire head to read the search results. If not that, is it possible to have the search results take up the screen more? Because it is limited to a very narrow width of the window with such abundant space. I've attached a screenshot to show what I mean. This is at 100% zoom.

I have to change the zoom, but even then it is still so far to the left. The second photo is at 130% zoom.

Firefox’s built-in VPN shows the VPN location as the United States, but websites and IP-location services detect my IP address as being in Manila, Philippines. Because the IP address is not actually located in the United States, I encounter frequent CAPTCHA challenges and location-related issues.

Please investigate whether the VPN is routing my traffic through the selected U.S. location correctly. Firefox version: 156.0
