Hello. Since re-installing ZoneAlarm Security Suite (due to a ZA problem) last evening, after I turned on my pc today I am getting a new tab opens up on every FireFox browser window seeking permissions for "Harmony Web Protection Privacy Policy". (There are four new tabs for that which have opened since I commenced typing this!).

Is this a ZA problem or a Firefox problem? Also, please, how do I get rid of these damned new tabs? TIA.

No replies necessary now as the 'problem' has been resolved.

Just in case anyone else encounters the same or a similar problem, let me tell you the resolution. It 𝐢𝐬/𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 a Firefox issue, it was a 'Zone Alarm' issue. Further investigation with Check Point (the 'hierarchy' of Zone Alarm) advised me of the following:

"Unfortunately, it looks like a corrupted install.

Please uninstall ZA and then boot your PC to safe mode with networking.

Once there, run our clean tool.

https://download.zonealarm.com/bin/free/support/dl_stg/ZangClean.exe

Go back to normal mode and then reinstall ZA."

That resolved the problem so I hope that may help someone in the future. 🤞👍
