bold text For many years I have used the Firefox Browser and for many years have had an established account with AOL Games using a Google Email address for log-in. For almost three weeks that log-in has not worked at all. They blame everything and nothing. All I get it an "OOPS" message - Can't sign you in right now try again later! I don't know what to do. Masque is in charge of the games there but tell me they cannot do anything with log-ins and, since I am not a paying member of AOL, professes to not know anything about this or how to fix it! Can you help in some way or suggest something?

It definitely is an AOL login issue: As you can see in the below screenshot, their Google login window is totally bugged, their "start over" button is covering the "Next" button...... (I tested with a Chromium-based browser) Reach out to AOL for a fix!

Hi Dan, thanks for the input but I'd reached out to AOL THREE times and no one knows anything. When you're not a paying customer, no one wants to know anything! Masque, who provides them with their games, claims it is an AOL issue and they are NO help at all either. I did discover from one AOL Tech person that Club Pogo actually handles the log-ins but when I called the phone number given me, there is nothing but an outgoing message consisting of a "You're entitled to medical coverage...blah, blah, blah". If you don't answer their questions they simply disconnect the call and you've spoken with no one....so now you have more of nothing! All my services are updated so I'm really stuck. It took me over 12 years to accumulate the Poker chips I have under that screen name/email address and I am angry at having to be forced to let it go...all because half the people today don't know what they're doing!
