ok so i need to get into my google account but google have to real contact option just like firefox dont have a real contact option but i will try this option.

my email [edited email from public] @hotmail.co.uk i have been using for over 6 years now on different computers to log into firefox but now that i NEED firefox somehow my account no longer exists.

can someone tell me when 6 years of using firefox all of asudden i dont exist and all of a sudden i cant sync my passwords.

what the hells going on.

FireFox isn't hotmail or a online email services so there not much that can be done here. If your email can't access or receive the reset password that is considered a "Lost Account" and best to create a new firefox forum account to and redo your sync with a free email online that won't lock you out.

ok u completely misunderstood let me say it another way 10 days ago i had a desktop computer i wiped the computer and gave it away now i have a laptop and now my account no longer exists aka now i cant recover any of my emails so how the hell does me uninstalling windows = my account no longer exists
