Secure connection failed
I am getting a Secure Connection Failed error on every website I try to log into on my laptop. The issue is not occurring on my desktop or either of my iOS devices under the same login account. I have tried every "fix" I can find through the FAQ's and through online googling, nothing has worked. I don't have any conflicting apps or security features that I can find. I have tried purging the history/cookies, un-installing and re-installing. After a re-install the websites will work for about 5 minutes then I receive the same Error message. Please help!

I am getting a Secure Connection Failed error . . .
Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What are the exact error messages?
Make sure you are not blocking content.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
You can check the connection settings.
- Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then try to select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.
See "Firefox connection settings":

radi.stoyanov said Turns out the option DNS over HTTPS is what caused the problem.

cor-el said This usually means that Firefox wasn't able to find a cipher suites to use to connect to this server and reached the end of the list. There can be two possibilities: one is that the server is outdated and doesn't support modern cipher suites, another might be that the server only supports a few cipher suites and Firefox doesn't support any of these.
You can check your browser and possibly compare this with the server setup. https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/viewMyClient.html
I have tried all of these fixes. The only thing that works is to uninstall, re-install and then refresh. As soon as firefox re-installs and refreshes I am able to visit all the websites that were previously not able to make a secure connection. The fix lasts only until I close the browser or a short time has passed, then the problem persists. I have gone through every troubleshoot fix, every one of the above links and used every fix listed. The problem will not fix. The only difference between this computer and my other devices is this computer uses Windows 11. Is this the issue?

I made a new profile and used it to open the browser. I was able to open the websites initially, but as soon as I restarted the browser the Secure Connection Failed error re-occurred.
I called for more help.
