I get a message that HD is not available from Amazon Prime on some movies. Using Chrome or Edge I do not have that problem with the same movies. My equipment and HDMI cable is capable and I can play HD on other movies from Amazon Prime in HD on Firefox but not all movies. My internet speed is over 100mg.

Right, something's wrong with a new Widevine version. This is a prioritized issue and some mitigations are being tested successfully on Nightly. I expect a dot release soon.

Hello, I'm having the issue for a while too! I've also had this issue in the past and it automatically started working. It seems Firefox's Widevine can be very unstable which is a bummer since this is my primary browser and all. I just might switch away from Firefox browser after all.
