Hello onose01,

It looks like you are using FF version 52. Your best option is to update to the most recent version 66.0.5. To do this, click the three-lined menu button in the top right of your browser, click on "Help" and then "About Firefox." This will take you to a page that will let you update to the most recent version.

It is not recommended, but if you want to stay on an older version of Firefox, the I recommend installing this add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire.../disabled-add-on-fix-52-56/ this will fix any problems caused by a recent issue that occurred with add-ons across Firefox.
