I want set up a lock for my browser that will ask for a password every time I run Firefox. Can I do that? Master Password asks only during sync, which is not too much helpful.

The Master Password is only to protect the Password Manager from accessing before the Master is provided.

The only way to prevent accessing your profile is to place a good password on your computer user profile.

If others use the computer, set up a 'Guest' account and/or an account for each user.

Only someone with Administrator access can open other user accounts.
