How do I fix a logon to my University online site that produces an error screen in French and rejects the override with my correct password.

Hi! I regularly login to my university online site, however, I started to get an error message (incorrectly) in French! that substitutes my login ID for my Password and most recently will not accept a manual override.

I know how strange this sounds. I have attached (1) a screen shot of the original screen where I enter correct ID and Password, and (2) the resulting error screen in French that substitutes my User ID for password.

I tried clearing cookies and cache in Firefox to no avail. This problem does not exist with Chrome.

Remove History For One Site

Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any passwords / settings.

Hi LeahLa, since this form doesn't take random login information for testing, you might want to call the university's help desk to see whether this is a known issue.
