I'm getting this on HSN.com, Wikipedia, Facebook. It flashes for a few seconds and then is gone faster than I can select an option, unless my cursor just happens to be in the upper right corner at the time. When I can select one, no matter which, nothing happens that I can see.

I'm using a MacBook Pro, and I restarted it this morning.

It usually means that a script in the page has made it unresponsive for a certain period of time, maybe 10 seconds, but apparently it is either clearing up a moment later or... ??
