Hi - This morning, Firefox is slow to load. Normally it is pretty quick. But now it's as though the PC is thinking about it..... it is taking about 5 seconds longer to load for some reason. Once loaded it seems to behave normally, or should I say I haven't noticed it doing anything different to normal....

1. I am concerend something is going on inside my machine. I have AVG'd, Spybotted and Malwayebyte'd :) my machine all of which tell me things are OK. But I am not convinced.

2. There are no Windows updates waiting in the wings. Windows wise, PC is up to date.

3. All other prigrammes I use as part of my daily workload are working fine.

4. Machine is an i5 processor with 12GB RAM and multiple SSDs

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
