My Email Client is TB. My ISP is Cox Communications. I get a lot of SPAM even though I use SpamFighter which blocks most of it due to my lazy habit of having used the same Email Address for both personal email and websites for years. A huge no no, of that I am now abundantly aware. To rid myself of SPAM I want to creat new Email Acconts and eventually delete my present single account. To do that I have to set up new accounts with my ISP and then mirror them in TB. But now there are many webmail providers, such as gmail, hotmail, etc. and even my ISP has its own at myemail.cox.net. I'm reluctant to abandon TB because I'm so familiar now with the user interface. But it is a chore to deal with both an Email Client and an ISP to accomplish the same objective. Can anyone shed any light on this issue?

Some find that using an email-browser such as Thunderbird is betting then using a web-browser.

You would have to decide this for yourself.
