i have downloaded and executed the install link. after it downloads it tries to open Firfox but the it pops a message window saying: "Can not load your firfox profile. it may be inaccessible or has been deleted." and then it shuts. I have been trying doing it but the outcome is still the same. in my laptop i have only one profile, mine, as admin, so i dont need to execute it as administrator, but even have tried that, but the same message appears. what can i do.
