Type about:customizing<enter> in the address bar. Pick up the pocket icon, and drop it into the bank.

Hi, if the bookmarks button is missing, open the 3-bar menu > Customize, and if you can see it, simply drag it to a toolbar and the location of your choice, then Exit Customize. If the button isn't there, click on Restore Defaults.
