After downloading Firefox 46.0, "Applying Update"doesn't stop running.

"Applying Update" runs and runs for more than an hour after I've downloaded what I believe is Firefox 46.0.

Sometimes, the update stub gets stuck or blocked. Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
