Change languague without reinstalling Firefox
Dont have the administrator rights (at work) and I need to change the languague of my Firefox. I am desperate. Dont want to use Internet Explorer, I prefer to quit my job.

Type about:preferences#content<enter> in the address bar.
On the bottom of the page, find Languages. To its right, press the Choose button. Make sure the correct language and district are selected.
That helps, but I want to change the languague of firefox programm, need it to import bookmarks and to work with an add on I need for reference crossing.
What add-on?
To open the Bookmarks Manager, press the Alt or F10 key bring up the tool bar, and select Bookmarks. Hot key is <Control>(Mac=<Command>) <Shift> B.
Once the window is open, at the top of the page, press the button labeled Import and Backup. Select Export Bookmarks To HTML, and follow the prompts and save it to a HTML file. Copy the file to another computer. Repeat the instructions above, BUT select Import Bookmarks From HTML,
