That program is not part of Firefox. You can try using Windows' Safe Mode feature to uninstall software that blocks the control panel.

See: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-computer-safe-mode#start-computer-safe-mode=windows-vista

If you can't do that, either, please try one of the specialized malware removal forums listed in our support article on malware.

Which part is wrong. Do you not want to use 360 Total Security? Do you not want a pop-up keyboard?

Next to your post, Question Details > More System Details shows an extension from 360 Total Security that you could try to disable or remove on the Add-ons page. Either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions. Then on the right side, you can manage extensions.

Does that help?

Note: you also will need to update Firefox to version 45.0.1 at some point, using the internal updater. See: Update Firefox to the latest release.

If you think your computer is infected, I can suggest the following:

(1) Open the Windows Control Panel, Uninstall a Program. After the list loads, click the "Installed on" column heading to group the infections, I mean, additions, by date. This can surface undisclosed bundle items that snuck in with some software you agreed to install. Be suspicious of everything you do not recognize/remember, as malware often uses important or innocent sounding names to discourage you from removing it. Take out as much trash as possible here.

(2) You can search for remaining issues with the scanning/cleaning tools listed in our support article: Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware. These on-demand scanners are free and take considerable time to run. If they finish quickly and especially if they require payment, you may have a serious infection. I suggest the specialized forums listed in the article in that case.
